requested this a while ago... and I couldn't refuse. Hey, I'll do anything if it means I get to draw a sweet, sweet Monferno and a cutie-chu to boot. :3So! Charmie and Kirameki, Monferno and Pikachu respectively. Looking through ~pikachim's gallery, it looked like Charmie was more reserved and Kirameki more outgoing, so I hope I got their personalities right.
